Bolo Sector Bowling and Restaurant Location Shizuoka Year 2022 Produce GLC ENTERTAINMENT Architect Design YU design Combining [comfort] and [excitement], we propose a new bowling and dining venue. We aimed to create a new type of bowling alley by offering borderless services and space that combines comfort and excitement. We will continue to maintain the good qualities of our traditional bowling alleys, and to ensure that LTB users and members continue to visit, we will create an unprecedented "comfort and coziness" that will attract young people who are looking for a place to gather at night, as Shizuoka's nightlife is lacking, and we will create new "stimulation and topics of conversation" by combining these two opposing elements. By creating different spaces during the day and at night, the interaction between them creates a new bustling atmosphere. The bowling space at Bolo is in harmony with the relaxed interior design of the restaurant, and instead of using bowler seats, all bowling spaces are equipped with sofas. Customers can also order from the restaurant's menu from the bowling space. The restaurant space has 100 seats, making it one of the largest dining spaces in downtown Shizuoka. This place is an experiential theater that provides experiential value through the latest digital technology and has the ability to attract customers through content tourism, which allows it to reach fans of the content and attract people from a wide trade area in addition to the residential trade area. Greenery will be installed at the entrance and lobby, and the greenery that connects to the ART GARDEN will invite guests into the LIVE ENTERTAINMENT space. Digital Attractions The lobby is equipped with a digital attraction developed by Korea's d'strict, and the interactive system allows you to take commemorative photos with K-pop stars. Hologram Theater The theater uses a system that projects holographic images onto the stage, and the media walls on both sides and the backstage screen create an immersive experience. Production Drawing and Manual We were in charge of planning and producing an experiential theater where visitors could relive key scenes in Okazaki at a drama experience center depicting the life of Tokugawa Ieyasu. The theater is even more immersive with a large LED screen arranged in a curved shape so that guests are enveloped in the images and can experience a sense of immersion in the scenes, and a surround sound system has been installed.
